1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the eg4444 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and eg4444 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties, whether oral or written.

2.3 eg4444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided via the email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 If you do not agree with these Terms or any subsequent amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform. Closure requests may be submitted by contacting [email protected].

3 Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account on eg4444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been self-excluded from eg4444 or any related platform.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of eg4444 or any company within the same corporate group, nor a family member of any such person.

3.2 eg4444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by eg4444 may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.3 Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of eg4444 complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. eg4444 makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration and Security

4.1 One Account Per Player: Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on eg4444 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different personal details, payment methods, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all subsequent points when eg4444 requests information from you. eg4444 reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where inaccuracies are detected.

4.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcode (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.4 Unauthorised Access: You must notify eg4444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. eg4444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.5 KYC Verification: eg4444 applies a Know Your Customer process to all accounts. Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and at any other time eg4444 considers necessary, you will be required to submit identity documents satisfactory to eg4444, which may include a national identity card, passport, birth certificate, utility bill, or other official documentation. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal access restricted until the matter is resolved.

4.6 Account Suspension: eg4444 reserves the right to suspend an account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the platform.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Operating Currency: eg4444 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Taka. No currency conversion service is offered by eg4444.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods: eg4444 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may be updated from time to time. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed on the eg4444 platform.

5.3 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. eg4444 reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

5.4 Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the Player's eg4444 wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to processing times determined by the issuing bank. eg4444 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have passed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal must be to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same account, unless eg4444 expressly approves an alternative method.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-derived balances are eligible for withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in the Player's wallet.

5.6 Withdrawal Processing Times: eg4444 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Actual receipt of funds by the Player is subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. eg4444 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, but third-party providers may apply their own charges.

5.7 Source of Funds: eg4444 may at any time request evidence that the funds deposited originate from a legitimate source. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in withdrawal suspension pending further investigation.

5.8 Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. eg4444 may apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ৳100 per month to dormant account balances, provided that the account balance will not be reduced below zero. Players will be notified prior to the application of such fees.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 eg4444 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the platform at the time of the promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by eg4444 are subject to a wagering requirement. 6.3 Bonus Abuse: eg4444 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. 6.4 One Bonus at a Time: Unless the applicable promotion terms specify otherwise, a Player may hold only one active bonus at any time. Depositing or requesting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

6.5 eg4444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and credited to a Player's account at the time of withdrawal shall remain valid subject to its existing terms.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Finality of Bets: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the eg4444 system, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed by the Player, except where eg4444 expressly permits in-play cash-out or bet amendment features on specific markets.

7.2 Game Rules: Each game and betting market on the eg4444 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are made available within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, financial transactions, and general conduct.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect display of odds, prices, or game outcomes, eg4444 reserves the right to void the affected bets or gaming rounds. eg4444 will endeavour to notify affected Players promptly and will restore account balances to their pre-error state where possible. No winnings derived from a technical error shall be considered valid.

7.4 Maximum Winnings: eg4444 may apply maximum payout limits per bet, per day, per market, or per game type. Where applicable, maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant product interface. Any winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be reduced to that limit.

7.5 Minimum Stake: The minimum stake per bet or spin is determined by the individual game or market and is displayed within the game interface. Players may not place bets below the stated minimum.

7.6 Void Bets: eg4444 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the rescheduling window specified in the applicable market rules, or where the integrity of the event is called into question by a governing body, including but not limited to the ICC, BPL governing authority, or FIFA.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eg4444 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with betting on the eg4444 platform.
• Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other activity in breach of applicable financial crime laws.
• Colluding with other Players or with eg4444 staff in a manner intended to gain an unfair advantage.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 eg4444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow Players to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the Player. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10 Intellectual Property

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the eg4444 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

10.3 Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the exclusive intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to eg4444 for display on the platform. Players have no rights over such content beyond the personal use rights described in clause 10.2.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 The eg4444 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. eg4444 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, or fully secure at all times.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eg4444 shall not be liable for:

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits eg4444's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11.4 In any event, eg4444's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eg4444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination and Closure

12.1 Closure by Player: You may close your eg4444 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and satisfactory KYC verification) will be returned to you via your most recent withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Closure by eg4444: eg4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.

12.4 Following account closure for any reason, eg4444 will retain personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 eg4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, eg4444 will notify registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

13.2 Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by applicable law — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

13.3 It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the eg4444 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

14.4 eg4444 makes no representation that the platform complies with the laws of any jurisdiction outside its operating territory. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, you do so entirely at your own risk and eg4444 accepts no liability for any consequence arising therefrom.
